We have extensive experience in project and engineering management – ranging from small scopes of 20,000 EUR all the way up to large, complex scopes of 1,000 MEUR, from single procurement to EPCI and multi-contract sourcing strategy.
Our project and engineering management tools are based on the PMI framework and Systems Engineering tools and processes.
We have an expert knowledge of projects from the idea phase and early development and all the way through the construction phase to the handover to the O&M organisation. We have vast experience setting up project teams matching both project scope and project procurement strategy.
In the field of offshore wind farm transmission systems we have experience with various roles, such as:
- Electrical/transmission project manager
- Offshore substation project manager
- Offshore cable package manager
- Transmission development manager
- WTG electrical manager
