Crossing and Proximity Agreements

A crossing and proximity agreement is necessary when infrastructure needs to cross or be placed close to another existing infrastructure. The work of signing crossing and proximity agreements often starts late in the project life cycle, and the complexity of these agreements is often underestimated. 

In the worst case, this may lead to design changes, construction delays, lack of insurance coverage, uncapped liabilities or complicated negotiation situations.
