History
Renewable Systems Engineering was founded in 2019 by Lasse Nielsen, who has more than 10 years of experience in the offshore wind industry. The office is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The motivation behind Renewable Systems Engineering is to provide independent technical and project management experience of offshore wind farm transmission systems to developers, investors, contractors etc. in the global offshore wind industry.
Commitment
We are passionate about our active role in the global energy transformation, providing and applying our expertise to the global renewable offshore wind industry. We wish to contribute to the global sustainable energy production and to leave a better world for future generations.
How We Work
We structure our work around the tools and processes of PMI (Project Management Institute) and Systems Engineering. Systems Engineering provides, among other things, a structured approach to requirement management and systems integration, and today it is a common way of working in other mature industries, such as aerospace, automotive and military. We are a member of INCOSE (International Council on Systems Engineering) and have developed our own Systems Engineering tools tailored specifically for the offshore wind industry.

We work with our customers and clients in an open and honest environment, and we experience mutual value creation through a open dialogue, collaboration and transparency. We are interested in both short-term and long-term engagements, partnerships and flexible solutions that suit our customers.
